When will my order ship?
Please allow 1-3 business days of processing time. All products ship from our US-based supplier.
How long does shipping take?
• United States: 2-5 business days
• International: 5-10 business days
How do I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Contact us at hello@menzplace.com to start a return.
How do I exchange an item?
Just contact us through your MenzPlace account or email support. We’ll provide return instructions and ship your replacement once the original item is received.  Return shipping is free, and we never charge restocking fees.
Payment & Pricing
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and other payment methods through our secure checkout.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes, once we receive and inspect your return, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
